Es handelt sich dabei nicht um die üblichen Badezimmer-Saugnapfe zum Ankleben an der Wand.

Unsere Vakuumsauger sind industriell bewährt und werden zum Anheben großer Glasfensterscheiben auf Baustellen eingesetzt.

Das Vakuum wird über den Kolben an der Seite aktiviert und kann nicht gebrochen werden, ohne die Laschen an den Saugnäpfen manuell anzuheben.

    Regardless of rain, snow or sun, our vacuum cups work as intended. Water acts as a lubricant aiding vacuum and doesn’t affect the force applied. Ensuring maximum vacuum even in adverse conditions.

    Our vacuum cups are ultra strong with each vacuum cup rated to 100kg of holding force. When grouped together on Solo or Piste the combined holding force is 400kg and as much as 600kg for Duo, E-Solo and Sherpa.

    Our vacuum cups are cross-compatible to save you money. Once you have a Mount Evo rack you'll never need to buy another full rack again, just a modular base. This is because you can transfer your vacuum cups from one rack to another.

How do Mount Evo vacuum cups work?

Mounting cups

The vacuum cups can be mounted to a smooth surface by pumping the attached plunger repeatedly

Once the yellow indicator band on the plunger is no longer visible the vacuum cup is secure.

Removing cups

The cups can be dismounted and removed by simply pulling the tab on the rubber cup, or lifting the edge.

Technical data

Eine grundlegende theoretische Vakuumkraftgleichung lautet wie folgt:

Ft = ΔP x A

Ft = 10 x (π x 3^2)

Fuß = 282,78 Pfund (128,7 kg)

A = Fläche (πr²)

ΔP = Atmosphärendruck - Vakuumdruck

Atmosphärischer Druck = 14,7 psi

Vakuumdruck = 4,7 psi (ungefähr)

Unsere 6-Zoll-Vakuumnäpfe haben daher eine theoretische Bruchkraft von 128,7 kg.

Dies würde bedeuten, dass unser Solo-Fahrradträger eine theoretische Gesamtvakuumkraft von 514,8 kg (128,7 x 4) hat.

Dabei werden natürlich externe Verluste wie Höhe und Oberflächenreibung nicht berücksichtigt. Aber es zeigt, dass unsere Saugnäpfe unglaublich leistungsstark sind und Ihre Sportausrüstung problemlos tragen können!
