We were kindly invited to Goodwood Festival of Speed this year by the team at Invisiframe. Invisiframe specialise in paint protection kits for all types of bikes in order to retain their factory paint finish. They were apart of the bigger stand from Xpel, the automotive paint protection film company.
Invisiframe needed a way of displaying their demo downhill bike on top of a 911 for the centre piece of the Xpel stand. The one stop solution of Solo was the only way to transport a bike on this 911 due to its carbon roof. With the front wheel removed from the NukeProof bike it was a matter of moments before Solo was attached and the bike vacuumed onto the car. The grey and yellow colour scheme of both the NukeProof and 911 GTS certainly looked the part.
We ventured down to Goodwood early on Saturday morning to check out the stand and speak too many of you. It was great to see Solo, mating nuke proof to 911, front and centre of the display. We were overwhelmed with the response to Solo and the rest of the forthcoming Mount Evo range. Many intrigued with how our mounts work and the modular aspect of switching sporting attachments. From over the weekend ourselves and the team from Invisiframe spoke to many of you with some awesome vehicles to mount Solo too. A new customer from Festival of Speed is using Solo on their motorhome, the only way to transport their bikes on holiday.
Goodwood Festival of speed was an unexpected but thoroughly enjoyed success. We were able to connect with many of our existing customers and show case Solo in a way not possible until then. Having a dynamic display which allowed us to demonstrate the vacuum power and stability of our mounts was a great way of putting peoples misconceptions of vacuum cups at ease. We can’t wait till our next event to showcase Solo and expand our community, its feedback and inspiration from you that allows us to grow and improve our ever expanding range.
